Lawes' Dedication

"Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonderous works!"

1 Chronicles 16:9

Parent/Child dedication was last Sunday. Our family actually made it on time. Thanks to Biscuit helping us get ready. What a special day to celebrate the dedication of our sweet son to God. To promise to raise him in the Word. To love the Lord and teach him to love the Lord. To serve the Lord and teach him to serve the Lord. And to glorify His name in all that we do. What a blessing it is to be a part of a church body that also promises these things!

We thank our wonderful, trusting God to bless us with these children. That he trusts a sinner like me with his precious babies.

We had a photo session before church started.

Thank goodness we got a good one.

Yeah...that wasn't the good one.

But this one was pretty cute. I'm really not sure how this happened. Probably because I have a camera that will take 3 shots a second and it caught that split second where everyone was looking and taking a break from dog hanging out of the window faces.

Lawes did such a good job. He only spit up on me once. And lucky for me I was prepared and had a burp cloth with me. The bad one was B. She was squirming all over the place. 

Don't be fooled by that one good photo. Most of them looked something like this.
