I have a feeling that for the next couple of weeks I'm going to be playing catch up blogging. I can't seem to get it together enough to actually pick up my computer and turn it on. But here is some of what's been going on around the house.
My Beau made me blueberry pancakes per my request on Saturday morning. He has hands down the best pancake recipe. He makes them from scratch. No Bisquick needed. They are fluffy and oh so yummy. Maybe one day I'll get him to share his recipe.
Other than eat pancakes...we didn't really do much on Saturday. This whole growing a baby thing is really taking a toll on my energy levels. The girls are pretty much nonstop. As in lets squeal and run and jump and do things mommy says not to do and play in our teeny tiny little swimming pool nekkid because it's more fun than having a swimsuit on and fight over everything nonstop!
We went to church Sunday. The girls would be pretty upset if I didn't include that tidbit...even though we go to church every Sunday unless we are out of town.
They dressed patriotic in their red, white, and blue dresses.
My Beau came up with a fabulous idea. Since it has been 147 thousand degrees outside, we should take this party inside at the movie theater. SO, we went to see Brave. But not before we showed up and tried to buy tickets for the 2:40 show only to find out it was in 3D. NO POSSIBLE WAY my little girls who could barely sit still through a regular movie would be able to wear those glasses for 2 hours. So we bought tickets for the 4:00 hour show and headed to get some frozen yogurn (aka: ice cream).
We then went home, painted fingernails and toenails, and got ready for the movie. This was the first time the girls had ever been to the movie. BAD MOM for not getting a photo.
With no nap and lots to do, this is how we found them after our 7 minute drive home.
Zonked. Quick supper, quick bath, and 2 little girls were asleep within seconds of putting them in the bed.

JUST FYI, I have been missing out on your blog. When did you change your URL? Also, holy moley you're pregnant?! Missed that memo!! WOW!!!
